T&S was formed in Kraków, Poland, in 1995, by Anna Szelińska-Mikus and Grzegorz Tomaszewicz. Both entrepreneurs were professional musicians. They had been performing Renaissance and Baroque music in Polish and foreign concert halls since the beginning of the 90-ties.
T&S business objective has been to manufacture music instruments.
Initially, copies of wind instruments used in 15th - 18th centuries were made, such as cornamuse, flutes traverso, rauschpfeife, cornetto.
High quality of these instruments was appreciated by hundreds of professional and amateur musicians in Poland and abroad.
The sound of our instruments can be heard in numerous recordings performed by leading artists, including Collegio Antico, Ars Nova, Camerata Cracovia, Lege Artis, and other ensembles.

T&S has been also involved in teaching. In particular, we have organised the workshops of old music.

Since 1996, T&S has been co-operating with Mollenhauer - the world-renowned manufacturers of recorders. In effect, we have been able to manufacture a recorder of top world quality.
T&S recorders are regularly tested by supreme Polish music experts, including both the academic circles and professional musicians performing classic and folk music on recorders: Jacek Urbaniak (Ars Nova), Magda Kania (G. Ph. Telemann39s Baroque Ensemble), etc.
